- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and gently press it into an even layer.
- Decorate with Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes, and other festive toppings while the mixture is still warm.
- Allow the treats to cool and set for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
