Method
- Set aside a few raspberries for garnish. Lightly mash the remaining raspberries if desired.
- Place the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the 2 cups heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spoon a layer of chocolate fudge into the bottom of each serving glass.
- Add a layer of raspberries over the fudge.
- Top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

* Frozen raspberries can be used if thawed and drained well.
