How to Make Pumpkin Spice Parfait Cups

Step 1: Prepare the Pumpkin Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.

Step 2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

Gently fold whipped topping into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined. This creates a light, fluffy texture that makes the parfaits irresistible.

Step 3: Crush the Cookies

Place graham crackers or vanilla cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Set aside for layering.

Step 4: Build the Parfaits

Spoon a layer of cookie crumbs into the bottom of serving glasses or jars. Add a layer of pumpkin filling, then repeat the layers until the containers are filled.

Step 5: Chill Before Serving

Place the assembled parfaits in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend and the layers to set.

Step 6: Add the Finishing Touches

Top each parfait with whipped cream, an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and a few cookie crumbs just before serving.
